  • Our reception is located on the 4th Floor, Block A, Lot 16 & 17 and is open around the clock to assist you with anything you need.

  • Enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

  • We offer secure luggage storage if you arrive early or want to explore the city after checking out.

  • Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early arrivals or late departures can be arranged based on availability (charges apply).

  • Our check-in and check-out times are 3pm and 12pm respectively

  • Early check in is subject to availability and there will be charges of RM80nett.

  • Late Check Out is subject to availability and there will be charges as follow:
    2pm - 3pm RM50nett
    4pm - 5pm RM80nett
    6pm onwards room daily rate shall be charged

  • Option 1 - Parking at Sutera Avenue Basement car park, rates at RM2.50 for first 2 hours and subsequent hour will be charge at RM1.50 (Rates starting from 01st July 2025).

    Option 2 - Parking at Harbour City open space parking (opposite building of Sutera Avenue), from 6am - 11.59pm, the first 15 minutes free then first 3 hours rates at RM3.00, following hours will be charge at RM1.00 (maximum of 3 hours). From Mid-night - 5.59am, the first 15 minutes free then every 2 hours rates at RM1.00.

  • Wi-Fi is provided during your stay and it is complimentary. For further assistance, you may approach Front Desk on related matter.

  • Our Front Desk operation is 24 hours 7 days a week.

    Should you reach the Hotel at late mid-night, our team will be on standby and happy to assist you.

  • Harper Boutique Hotel collects a security deposit of RM100 upon check in and will be refunded upon check out.

    Payment method is cash only.

  • Harper Boutique Hotel accepts major payment method of Cash, QR Payment, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Online Banking/Transfer, Letter of Undertaking (LOU), GL and Credit Card (Except for Diners).

  • Harper Boutique Hotel does provide storage luggage prior to your arrival or upon departure day.
